Investors Foundation Awards Grant to Navicore Solutions
Navicore Solutions receives grant from Investors Foundation to support their Women's Financial Fitness Program.

The Women's Financial Fitness Program was introduced in 2017 at Navicore Solutions headquarters in Manalapan, New Jersey. It is a six month program series consisting of coaching sessions and financial workshops providing financial education and support to help women build wealth and enhance their financial confidence.
Kim Cole, Navicore Solutions' Community Engagement Manager, leads the organization's community outreach efforts and serves as the organizer and facilitator of the program. Having over 15 years of experience in the financial counseling industry, Kim is familiar with the unique financial challenges many women encounter. Women participants of her financial outreach programs consistently reported having less confidence and comfort in their financial situation than their male counterparts. She designed the Women's Financial Fitness Program with the overarching goal of empowering women to take more control over their financial situations and achieve their financial goals.
“Our first program proved to be incredibly successful as we were able to help a group of women, at all stages of life, gain financial confidence and develop a road map to reach their goals,” said Kim Cole. “We are thrilled to have Investor's Foundation partner with us again on this program. Together, we will empower women by providing an environment of support where women can learn and develop money management skills while engaging with their peers having similar aspirations.”
Workshops are held monthly over a period of six months at Navicore Solutions' office in Manalapan, NJ. Each workshop educates on different topics which include: establishing a realistic budget and saving strategies; understanding credit reports and building better credit; and developing positive financial behaviors and reaching goals. One-on-one coaching sessions are scheduled as needed on an ongoing basis. During coaching sessions, program participants have the opportunity to work individually with a coach to address their financial concerns and work toward goal achievement.
