Terms and Assent

As part of the WealthBuilder program, Navicore Solutions will direct $25 of your monthly Debt Management Plan payment into a Goals Account until your last card is paid-off. By proceeding to enroll in the Account Bundle described below, you agree to the terms as described. Your monthly DMP payment to Navicore Solutions includes $25 that Navicore Solutions will deposit into a dedicated Cash account established with our exclusive program partner, Percapita. Please note that Percapita is a separate company from Navicore Solutions, and Percapita will have further terms and conditions associated with the usage of the account bundle (Cash account and Goals accounts). To participate, you will be required to open both a Cash Account and a Goals account, however usage of those accounts is not required. Navicore Solutions is a member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) who is sponsoring your Goals Account. After every three-monthly deposits of $25 made into your Goals Account from your DMP payment, NFCC will provide you with an additional $25 Savings Bonus*, up to $100 total. The Savings Bonus will be deposited directly into your account with no action required by you. You will be able to access your Cash and Goals accounts and the savings that you build on the Percapita app. Navicore Solutions has no control over your Account Bundle once established, but Navicore Solutions will coordinate with Percapita to determine if your account has been established successfully and to ensure your deposits are made correctly. If you fail to provide Navicore Solutions with the monthly required deposit or fail to make your DMP payment, Navicore Solutions is under no obligation to make a deposit on your behalf. Once you have successfully completed your DMP, or should you terminate your plan or participation in the WealthBuilder program at any time, Navicore Solutions will no longer make any deposits into your Goals Account, and you will no longer be eligible for Savings Bonuses from the NFCC or Percapita. Your Account Bundle is yours to utilize as you see fit, and we hope it hope it helps you with achieving your financial goals.
