The Wells Fargo Housing Foundation and Navicore Solutions Team Up to Assist New Jersey Homebuyers!

Manalapan, New Jersey, November 2, 2017 – Navicore Solutions was recently awarded $3,000 from the Wells Fargo Housing Foundation in support of their Pre-Purchase Housing Counseling Program in New Jersey. The Wells Fargo Housing Foundation is committed to creating affordable and sustainable housing, and investing in neighborhood revitalization efforts to build stronger communities. Through partnerships with nonprofit housing counseling organizations, such as Navicore Solutions, the Wells Fargo Foundation is able to accomplish their mission.
As a nonprofit financial counseling organization, Navicore Solutions is committed to advocating for consumers and helping to stabilize households and neighborhoods throughout the country. Over the past couple of years, the agency sought to expand their preventative financial counseling programs and as a result have developed a financial coaching program, student loan counseling program and a pre-purchase housing counseling program.
Navicore Solutions’ Pre-Purchase Housing Counseling Program in New Jersey has assisted over 200 first time home buyers in 2017 and it is anticipated to significantly increase in 2018 as they continuously work to promote and develop their homebuyer programs. After completing a Pre-Purchase Housing Counseling session, homebuyers are armed with knowledge of the home-buying process and mortgage loans and are better prepared to become sustainable homeowners.
