Jill Feldman has been appointed President & Chief Executive Officer and Diane Gray has been appointed Chief Operating Officer.
Jill Feldman brings an impressive track record of over 30 years of experience in the financial counseling industry. She is a seasoned leader with a proven history of driving growth in challenging environments. Jill’s expertise, strategic vision and deep industry knowledge will guide Navicore Solutions towards continued success. She possesses the perfect blend of the skills and vision needed to navigate the future landscape of our industry. Jill’s leadership will be pivotal in further advancing our strategic goals, enhancing operational efficiencies and fostering a culture of collaboration.
Diane Gray has been an integral part of our organization for 25 years, consistently showcasing dedication, expertise and exceptional leadership in various roles. She has a deep understanding of our organization’s operations and values, along with our core competencies. Her strategic insights and collaborative approach will be instrumental in advancing the organization’s mission, fostering innovation and achieving sustainable growth.
The organization would also like to share the news that after 33 years of leading Navicore
Solutions, Joel Greenberg announced his retirement last week. Please join us in expressing our gratitude to Joel as founder of the organization in 1991. Under Joel’s visionary leadership, Navicore Solutions has impacted the lives of hundreds of thousands of community members nationwide. He helped shape the foundation of our esteemed non-profit, and the non-profit credit counseling industry as a whole. Joel’s dedication and perseverance has left an indelible mark on us all. We wish Joel and his wife all the best in their future endeavors.
