Roy C. Lopez is a seasoned government affairs professional and business consultant deeply rooted in Texas, with a career spanning from the Rio Grande Valley to Lubbock. His expertise encompasses lobbying, government affairs strategy, and business development across various sectors, including banking, public finance, education, digital inclusion, and philanthropy.

Before assuming his current role as an equity partner at Government Affairs Professionals of Texas, Roy spent over a decade at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas as Assistant Vice President, leading the community development policy and practice group. Recognized for his professional accomplishments and civic contributions by the Dallas Business Journal and Texas-based organizations, Roy's tenure at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas solidified his expertise in government affairs, economic policy, and community development.

With over two decades of experience, including 15 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Roy brings a wealth of expertise to Navicore's board. His advocacy for organizations advancing financial empowerment, coupled with his diverse professional background, makes him a valuable asset. Roy's commitment to nonprofit service, demonstrated through his involvement on various boards and commissions, underscores his dedication to making a positive impact.

Roy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science degree in Urban Administration from Trinity University. Roy also holds a certification in financial planning from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. His comprehensive understanding of both policy and community dynamics equips him well to contribute meaningfully to Navicore's board.
