Diane Daley is an accomplished executive with over 35 years of experience driving innovation and transformation in Risk and Finance. Her dynamic leadership style and outcome-oriented approach consistently deliver results, positions her as a highly valuable member of the Navicore Solutions' board of trustees.
With expertise in leading complex, multi-function initiatives, Diane has built a recognized track record of success. Her ability to forge constructive regulatory relationships and interact effectively with Boards of Directors has been instrumental in her career progression.
Currently, she serves as a Senior Consultant at Patomak Global Partners. Previously, she held the position of Head of Remediation Oversight Office at Silicon Valley Bank, where she was responsible for enterprise-wide oversight of critical regulatory remediation activities. Prior to this, she was the Enterprise Data and Artificial Intelligence Governance Executive at Bank of America and Managing Director at Citi, where she led strategic regulatory initiatives and managed global teams across Risk and Finance.
Diane's strengths in influencing, communication, and problem-solving enable her to deliver pragmatic, sustainable solutions in challenging environments. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from New York University, Diane brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our board.
