You can be a part of our wonderful team! Navicore Solutions currently has an open position for a Customer Service Support Representatives in our Customer Service Department. This is a part-time, remote position and all training is conducted remotely. All technological equipment is provided to employees by the organization.
Shift: Flexible Schedule (20-30 hours per week); the employee can determine the specific hours within the Customer Service Department's business operating hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Wednesday from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm (EST).
Rate of pay: $16.56
What will you do as a Customer Service Support Representative?
Role Description
As a part-time Customer Service Support Representative, you will aid the Customer Service Department by processing and distributing client and creditor correspondence, processing new enrollment paperwork, answering inbound client calls to process phone payments, perform automated and live client retention calls, and assist with other client correspondence related to retention efforts and initiatives.
What To Expect
- Review client and creditor faxes and emails in order to update, distribute and/or advise appropriately
- Review faxes and emails from clients and creditors to update, distribute, or notify the relevant department
- Process new enrollment paperwork by establishing client records, communicating with clients for additional information via email and text, generating inquiries/work orders for team members, and appropriately distributing or scanning all enrollment documents
- Generate reports to identify clients requiring automated telephone calls and input relevant data into the Autodial system
- Support in running reports within the client management system
- Send direct debit forms to clients securely through text links
- Maintain and update client contact information, including addresses, phone numbers, and emails
- Handle client calls for processing phone payments or transferring calls to other departments or representatives when necessary
- Contribute to client retention efforts, including conducting outbound retention calls, participating in automated call campaigns, and communicating with clients via email, text, and chat platforms
- Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1 year of Customer service experience
- Basic data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to sit for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills; Ability to take direction and apply feedback
