You can be a part of our wonderful team! Navicore Solutions currently has open positions for Customer Service Client Payment Specialist in our Customer Service Department. This is a full-time, remote position and all training is conducted remotely. All technological equipment is provided to employees by the organization.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Client Payment Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving, recording, and disbursing funds to creditors on behalf of our clients, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. By ensuring payments are processed correctly and on time, the Client Payment Specialist directly contributes to our clients’ financial success and the organization’s reputation for service excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Run and complete all morning reports.
  • Complete all departmental inquiries and bluesheets (disbursement discrepancies) as needed.
  • RPPS exception report and import into Credit Master.
  • Ensure all disbursements are accurate and disbursed on time.
  • Check Run.
  • Download & Import Web Payments.
  • Process Phone Payments both Trust & Operating.
  • Scan/Post/Deposit all receipts electronically & manually.
  • Process Debit Card Payments.
  • Work Difference Report as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift while using headset to handle phone calls.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute and perform basic math calculations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Comfort with giving and receiving constructive feedback. 
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach with clients.

Pay rate: $18.63

Hours: M-F: 8:30 - 5pm-EST.
