I live with my 73 year old husband. He has medical issues with several doctors’ appointments weekly. Four recent hospital stays took their toll on our finances. I was trying to refinance our home before the interest rates went up. The task was almost insurmountable.
How did the Navicore Solutions housing counseling impact you?
Working with Navicore was the only easy process in the whole ordeal of trying to get the correct documentation for a mortgage. With Navicore’s help I was able to secure a reverse mortgage on our home which now provides the security for us of now having a place to live for the rest of our lives.
It was so wonderful to be able to complete this process remotely and not to have to take my husband, who is mostly home bound, out for an appointment outside our home.
