Navicore Solutions Achieves Full COA Re-Accreditation

9/27/2019

September 2019 – Navicore Solutions is pleased to announce that we have received our Final Accreditation Report from the Council on Accreditation (COA) and we remain fully accredited. COA’s mission is to partner with human service organizations worldwide to improve service delivery outcomes by developing, applying, and promoting accreditation standards.

Navicore’s Final Accreditation Report (FAR) highlights just how significant of an achievement this is for our organization.  Navicore is reviewed by COA on 348 standards, and COA rates each standard from 1 through 4 (with 1 being the highest mark).  In 2015, our last FAR, 82% percent of the evaluated standards received the highest rating.  In 2019, that number jumped to 99%!  Nearly every evaluated standard was rated as a 1.  This is a significant achievement for Navicore Solutions that all of our employees are proud of.

“I value our partnership and relationship with COA because they encourage Navicore Solutions to improve service delivery outcomes, on a company-wide level, by developing, applying and promoting best practice standards.  I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of Navicore’s employees for their hard work and support, not only throughout the reaccreditation process, but throughout the entire 4-year accreditation cycle,” said Christopher Greene, Navicore’s Compliance and Quality Manager.  “COA accreditation is not just preparation for and participation in a site visit; it is a continuous, ongoing process that our organization consistently strives for and achieves high levels of service and accountability in every department.  We are now striving for 100% at the end of the 2023 accreditation cycle,” Greene continued.

Navicore’s COA accreditation demonstrates our accountability in the management of resources, sets standardized best practice thresholds for service and administration, and increases organizational capacity by creating a framework for ongoing quality improvement.
