Navicore has made great strides this year in the area of business development as it relates to the implementation of our Shared Service Program. Phil has established and maintained relationships with all of the industry stakeholders that have made this program a success.
Phil has also been invited to participate in a well-respected industry group. As a part of this group, he will be working alongside the creditor community and industry peers to tackle and find solutions for industry related issues, as well as improve upon the services we provide to community members. “Only a select group of individuals are invited to participate and we are very proud that Phil is among one of those individuals,” said Diane Gray, VP of Counseling and Education at Navicore.
Critical to the organization are our relationships with our partners and creditors. Phil continues to do an outstanding job managing those relationships and communicating with our counterparts, as well as relaying policy changes internally. He also ensures the successful provision of data as requested by third parties. “We build relationships with organizations and act as stewards of their brand and reputation. This focus is a principle of our agency and is evident in every customer interaction,” said Phil Getz.
