Funding is made possible by generous donations from the credit community and minimal fees from our clients who are able to pay. Additional funding is provided by various organizations in the form of grants.
Every Navicore Solutions Credit Counselor undergoes extensive financial counseling training and is required to be certified through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC). A credit counseling session allows our certified counselors to take an in-depth look at your financial situation. By reviewing your unique situation, your counselor can determine a clear, unbiased solution that will best benefit you and your individual needs. As everyone’s situation is different, it is very important that your counselor create a personally designed plan of action with appropriate resources and recommendations that will assist you.

Your basic information will be submitted directly to one of our certified counselors, who will review the information and contact you within 48 hours.  If you prefer, an appointment can be made for an in-person counseling session in most of our office locations.
Housing counseling services include: pre-purchase, default/foreclosure prevention, rental counseling, and Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM)/Reverse Mortgage counseling. Each type of housing counseling is specific to your individual needs and is centered on providing a thorough individual analysis of your financial situation, detailed education and recommendations to make informed decisions. Navicore Solutions is approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as a National Intermediary Housing Counseling agency providing pre-purchase, rental, default/foreclosure, and Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (Reverse Mortgage) counseling. All of our Housing Counselors are certified by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling  (NFCC) the nation’s largest and longest-serving nonprofit financial counseling organization. Your certified Student Loan Counselor will take an in-depth look at your financial situation and work with you to develop a personalized budget and action plan. You will also be provided with guidance in the process of obtaining specific student loan repayment information. Once the types of loans are identified, your counselor will be able to discuss the available repayment methods and also assist in completing federal student loan repayment applications. A Debt Management Plan simplifies the sometimes nerve-wracking process of paying too many bills. If you qualify for the program, Navicore Solutions can work with your creditors to possibly:

  • Lower your monthly payments
  • Lower or waive your interest
  • Stop collection calls
  • Waive late fees
  • Consolidate your debt into an affordable repayment plan

Consumers who qualify for the Debt Management Program can enroll online or return their enrollment information to us via US Mail, fax or email.  Once enrolled in the program, one monthly payment is sent to Navicore Solutions and we disburse payments to each of your creditors. You will continue to receive your creditor statements in the mail, so you can monitor all of your accounts. In time, you’ll notice on the statements that your balances will gradually decrease. Navicore Solutions provides ongoing budget and credit counseling while you are enrolled on our Debt Management Plan and we are available 7 days per week to help solve any financial challenges that might occur along your road to becoming debt free.
